The Minister of Hajj and Umrah of Saudi Arabia announced the official launch of an online platform for pilgrims.
Tawfiq Al-Rabiah said that the Nusuk platform offers more than 100 services that help enrich the experience of pilgrims visiting Saudi Arabia, within the goals of Vision 2030.
Al-Rabiah said that Nusuk offers 75 services for businesses and 45 for individuals. He added that this will help more than 30 million people in cooperation with more than 10,000 entities in the business sector and 25 government agencies.
He said that Nusuk is part of the Vision 2030 Pilgrim Experience Program, which is being implemented in cooperation with the Ministry of Tourism and the Saudi Tourism Authority.
Al-Rabiah said that the platform aims to introduce pilgrims to all stages of performing Umrah, as well as to historical areas and religious sites in Mecca and Medina.
He said that Nusuk is a reliable platform providing comprehensive services with full transparency. It offers a gateway for planning and introduces medical services, rules and procedures, as well as recommendations for pilgrims.
The minister made his statement during a digital government conference, which brings together businessmen, specialists and officials to discuss progress and challenges, review the future direction and discuss investment opportunities.
Ahmed Saleh Halabi, an advisor for Hajj and Umrah services, said that Nusuk showed pilgrims what was available in Saudi Arabia and put an end to the old system, when many pilgrims arrived in Mecca and Medina to perform their rituals and then left without experiencing anything else. .
Halabi said that Nusuk introduced pilgrims to the monuments and sites that they can visit while in Saudi Arabia.
Ahmed Bajai fer, an investor in Umrah companies, said that the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah has made pilgrimage easy and well-regulated, and visitors can be confident in the quality of all services provided through Nusuk.
