Officials at the Halat Ammar border crossing continue to receive pilgrims from abroad with the help of an integrated system of services provided by civilian, military, and government agencies.
These services are aimed at better assisting pilgrims and improving the quality of services provided by the Saudi Arabian government, from the moment pilgrims arrive in the Kingdom on their way to the holy sites until their return to their countries.
Under the direct guidance and supervision of the Governor of Tabuk, Prince Fahd bin Sultan bin Abdulaziz, the regional committee for Hajj affairs in the City of Pilgrims, Halat Ammar, also provides medical services and religious education programs.
The pilgrims expressed satisfaction with the services provided, stating that King Salman spared no effort to help his Muslim brothers and sisters wherever they may be.
Palestinian pilgrim Widad Ibrahim expressed great pleasure at being among this year's pilgrims. She also thanked the authorities of Saudi Arabia for the services provided.
«Pilgrims receive the very best services, and for this I would like to express my gratitude and appreciation for the services and hospitality extended to us. Indeed, they reflect the interest of the government of Saudi Arabia and its people in serving the guests of Allah who come from all corners of the world to perform their Hajj rituals,» said Ibrahim.
The pilgrims also expressed appreciation to Saudi Arabia for its great efforts in utilizing its capabilities and services to assist pilgrims passing through the Halat Ammar border crossing, so that they may perform their rituals in an atmosphere of safety, comfort, stability, and tranquility.
Another Palestinian, Wael Al-Humaydat, said he was glad to have the opportunity to perform his first Hajj. He commented on the excellent services provided by the government of Saudi Arabia and the warm reception given to the pilgrims.
Al-Humaydat prayed that Saudi Arabia and its people be protected from evil. He also called upon Allah to perpetuate His blessings of security and protection in Saudi Arabia.
