«The center employs highly qualified personnel with the experience and skills necessary for the work. This will lead to a better experience for participants in the judicial process through specific criteria and indicators,» the ministry's statement said.
The center provides various services, including, for example, preliminary review of claims, management of notifications, summarization of protocols and reports, and drafting of rulings, according to the Saudi Press Agency.
Osama Ghanem Al-Obaidy, advisor and professor of law at the Institute of Public Administration in Riyadh, told Arab News: «The opening of the Case Preparation Center is a good step toward improving services related to case consideration provided by the Ministry of Justice. This step will help increase the efficiency of judicial cases and case consideration in a prompt manner and without unnecessary delays.».
He added: «This step will reduce the time spent on unnecessary corrections and hearing delays due to cases and claims containing insufficient, missing, or inaccurate information or documentation.».
