The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah has officially begun registration for citizens and residents of the Kingdom who seek to embark on the sacred journey of Hajj in 1445 AH (2024).
From February 11, 2024, at 13:00, aspiring pilgrims may register through the convenient channels provided by the ministry. Residents of the Kingdom wishing to participate in the pilgrimage may complete registration either on the ministry's website or through the convenient “Nusuk” application on smartphones and tablets. Through these platforms, pilgrims can review the various Hajj offers and select the option that best suits their preferences.
Priority in booking will be given to those who have not yet had the opportunity to perform Hajj in the past. In order to simplify the registration process, the ministry has provided flexible payment options. Applicants may choose either to pay the full amount immediately upon registration or to use partial payment in accordance with the specified terms. The ministry emphasizes the importance of accuracy of data during registration and package selection. Applicants are asked to carefully review and confirm their information.
It is important to note that using a single mobile number for multiple applications is not recommended. For any questions or assistance, applicants may contact the ministry through various channels. Questions may be sent by email to [email protected] or by contacting the Pilgrim Care Center at 1966 within the Kingdom. In addition, both domestic and international pilgrims can receive assistance by calling the unified number: 920002814. Support is also available through the beneficiary care account on the X platform: @MOHU_Care
