The Mecca Chamber of Commerce elected Abdullah Saleh Kamel as the new chairman of the Board of Directors at its 21st session.
This came after, for the first time in the history of the Makkah Chamber of Commerce, a full board of six members was formed, including two women.
In his address to the members, as Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Makkah Chamber, Kamel expressed optimism about the Chamber's future in light of the Kingdom's Vision 2030.
He is a Saudi businessman who has held several positions at Dallah Al-Baraka Group, a private multinational company.
